The session will provide guidance on how to properly document a Significant Occurrence Report (SOR) using Therap’s General Event Report (GER). We will give a tour of the full life cycle of a General Event Report (GER), from initial submission through the required review and approval process. We will also demonstrate how to respond to follow-up requests from the state. The session will include how to use the GER Resolution module to record and document internal investigations.
